Andy Barch
Andy was born and raised in the suburbs of Cleveland, Ohio. He doesn't have an athletic bone in his body, so he decided to talk about sports, instead of playing sports.
He graduated from Bowling Green State University in 2003. At BG, his ugly mug was on TV once a week as a television anchor, he was the director of the BGRSO during the 2002-2003 academic year and called several BG football and basketball games.
Perhaps he's most famous for his current role as the radio pxp announcer for the West Virginia Power, a Class A affiliate for the Milwaukee Brewers in the South Atlantic League. He's known by many as the angriest announcer in the game, and he's recognized by everyone in the mountain state as "Bull" because of his striking resemblance to the character "Bull Shannon" in the sitcom Night Court. He hosts a daily talkshow in season called "Bull on Baseball".
Andy's anger has won him several awards and caused lots of damage. He speaks annually at the Anger Management Convention, and is routinely told to leave after outrageous, profanity laced tirades during his speeches as the keynote speaker. Some wonder why he's constantly invited back.
He's a huge fan of the Green Bay Packers, Michigan State Spartans, Cleveland Cavaliers and Cleveland Indians. He hates the New England Patriots, Notre Dame Fighting Irish, Penn State Nittany Lions and Terrell Owens.
When he's on his meds, he's actually an easy guy to get along with, a good uncle, an average broadcaster and a caring individual.
