BOWLING GREEN, Ohio -- Northwest-Ohio based Web site PigskinPodcast.com has announced a partnership with Angel Camp, Calif.-based TheSportsStuff.com, a leading sports podcasting web site.
Dylan Richardson, founder and creator of TheSportsStuff, said the Pigskin Podcast will fill a need at his site, which, according to Richardson, is in the top 0.7 percent of all web traffic.
"(Pigskin Podcast will fit in) perfectly," Richardson said. "Currently we do not have a general football show."
Nick Seuberling, producer of PigskinPodcast.com, said his staff is eager to explore all the benefits TheSportsStuff can offer.
"We're making great strides with our site, and we feel this partnership allows us to continue that momentum," Seuberling said. "We're intent on reaching a much wider audience, and this will help us to that goal.
"Another great feature TheSportsStuff has to offer is a call-in line for fans to voice their opinions. We're looking forward to our listeners having the opportunity to be a vocal part of our show."
Other sites syndicated by TheSportsStuff include former Pigskin Podcast guest Raider Nation Podcast, Celtics Revived and Run N Gun, a Phoenix Suns podcast.
ABOUT PIGSKIN PODCAST: Launched January 31, 2008, Pigskin Podcast is run by five alumni of Bowling Green State University -- Nick Seuberling, Andy Barch, Erik Bell, Brian George and Joel Hammond. The site has seen its unique visitors increase 100% from the start, to just shy of 1,000 for May, 2008.
